About chandrachudan venkatraman

After a brilliant academic career, I joined as a Direct Recruit Officer in Bank of India in 1973 wherein I served for 23 years in lot of capacities including Corporate Credit and Faculty Member. After freelancing as a Project and Export consultant I joined ICICI Bank and held various positions. After retirement I was heading a Rural Finance company IFMR KGFS as CEO. Then headed HR and Training at IFMR rural Channels (now Dvara). I have been freelancing since 2016 assisting NBFCs and MSMEs in various areas - Recruitment, Training, Process, Product, Finance and other areas.
