We see ourselves playing the role of offering services that catalyse the changes in an individuals life for the better. Testing times could arise from circumstances, deci-sions, influences and so on. They could relate to financial, medical, legal or educa-tional. Lack of timely advice, support or guidance could lead to the vulnerable taking unpleasant decisions under stressful circumstances. In most cases individuals shirk to ask for help. The reasons could be fear of rejection, being perceived as needy or wor-ried about the reactions feel shunned, doubt whether they would be helped, a feeling of guilt of burden, tired of trying or tired of themselves, worried about being let-down, self-pity, or social and peer pressure.
As an NGO our sole aim is to create a platform with a group of Philanthropic ex-perts & Partner organizations to foster and promote familial and communal well-being and advancement for those contending with significant trauma or adversity. For this mission we wish to bring on board the expertise of like-minded Doctors, Lawyers, Scientists, Teachers, Social Service Providers, NGOs, etc.

Kandoor Abhiram Babu(51) holds a Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters degree in Business Management(Finance) from NMIMS, Mumbai.He has wide experience in the Corporate Sector in India and Overseas and is currently playing the role of Head of India Operations, with the responsibility of managing the India business of RADISE.
Abhiram worked with various Conglomerates such as CEAT, ISPAT Group, ICICI Bank, Tech - Mahindra, Apollo Tyres Group, etc. in various locations such as Mumbai, Gurgaon and Hyderabad for over two decades wherein he was involved in a variety of roles spanning across Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Merchant Banking, Retail Banking, Sales & Bid Management and also as a CFO & COO.He also had a brief stint in London where he worked for a leading UK based Building Society viz.Nationwide Building Society and also one stint as an Entrepreneur in 2011 in Financial Services Consulting.He has been a mentor for few Start-ups and has also been assisting some SMEs on Advisory & pro-bono basis.
Abhiram firmly believes that a mutually interdependent society becomes more stronger than a dependent or independent society which has always led to exploitation & weakening of the Nation.In this backdrop, he believes that the Shout For Help Platform which connects both Philanthropic Experts and Help Seekers will help serve the needy in a transparent and democratic way through Selfless service – Seva, thereby bridging the gap between Hope & Possibility.He strongly believes that Seva should be selfless without expecting anything return, which will enable the Help Seeker lead a dignified life as he would not have any obligation towards the help giver(Philanthropic Experts).
His vision for Shout For Help - “SFH doesn’t want to grow only as an Organization; it wants to grow as an idea… where Organizations and Individuals across the world help each other and also help reach the distressed on time and in an unbiased way, mindful of their dignity and needs and not as a favour.” Abhiram lives in Hyderabad with his wife Seetha Laxmi also the Co-founder of Shout For Help and is blessed with two daughters Alekhya Abhiram &Anuhya Abhiram.
Seetha Laxmi is an experienced Banker having more than three decades of experience in Union Bank of India(erstwhile Andhra Bank) with exposure to Branch Banking, Corporate Credit, Risk Management and in her current role is working in the Analytics wing of HR.She has worked in Head Office, Zonal Offices, Branches and for a brief period in CMD & ED Secretariats.
Seetha Laxmi is an ardent devotee and religious person who always valued traditions and has inculcated the values in her children.Her sincerity, dedication and commitment to work led to her superiors referring to her as most dependable and efficient person.
Seetha Laxmi strongly believes in the Vision of her husband who is determined to give back to the Society through the ‘Shout For Help’ initiative and is also committed to work towards its Vision.

He has in-depth expertise in supporting business and organizational goals and development. Characterized as a strategist and tactician, he has been a great motivator, mentor and has successfully built teams of knowledge professionals across organizations. Jay received recognition as a results-oriented leader with considerable experience in this dynamic, fast-changing Information technology sector.
Jay has an impeccable vision and has succeeded in setting the direction for his associated organizations.A decisive leader with a strong work ethic and high Integrity.He is known to drive excellence and build Intellectual property.Importantly, being directly accountable for P / L, Leadership and Management of Organizations for growth.He established international marketing & development offices in several countries and created complimentary associate partners in various regions in the world.
He had travelled across North America, Europe, South East Asia, Middle East, Africa, Australasia and helped various business on multiple entry and growth strategies.He developed and implemented innovative strategies to create IP, and perceived value for the organizations operated, resulting in substantial value creation.
Jay brings immense experience with a blend of both technology and innovation with MS in Operations Research & Statistics with Information Sciences.He also holds executive course in Strategic Management from IIM, India.
Shailesh Shah has worked for 30 + years.He has led organisations and consulting / investment banking firms over a wide repertoire of industries and has worked with companies on all habited continents.Currently, he is founder of Strta Consulting Services Private Limited, an investment banking advisory, management consulting and professional services firm.
Mr Shah was JSW Group President leading over a billion dollars in revenues and over 3 billion dollars in market value.He was Director and Senior Vice President, at Satyam leading strategic, enterprise and M & A areas. Mr Shah was Managing Director of Watson Wyatt India, one of the world’s leading actuarial and human resources consultancies and as its head of strategy, was instrumental in helping take Watson Wyatt to the bourses. Mr Shah headed strategy and enterprise solutions at Satyam and spearheaded several marketing and client management initiatives while helping lead several reorganizations and acquisitions for the Company.
Mr Shah was partner with Price Waterhouse’s management consulting practice while working with them from their Philadelphia office in USA. Mr Shah was involved in shaping NASSCOM’s efforts to improve India’s presence in Europe.He was also involved with the World Economic Forum leading efforts in strategy, technology and governance. He served as advisor to Singapore’s Economic Development Council and helped in defining its Vision 2020 to become a Knowledge Economy.
Mr Shah has read Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore, Operations Research from Syracuse and Business Administration from Drexel and Wharton. Mr Shah was Gold Medallist, Pew Foundation Scholar and an Honours appointee to the American Marketing Association. Most important, he is from our school. Mr Shah’s better half is his partner in crime and lawyer. His older son, Sidhaant works on environmental issues for the City of New York and his younger son is an aspiring cricketer and is reading sports management.
Srivalli has over 2 decades of rich and rewarding experience working to create impactful results at grassroot levels in India & Africa.A former entrepreneur with a strong foundation of working with top corporates in IT, BFSI and Education sectors.Successfully designed and delivered projects with UNDPI(United Nations Department of Public Information), World Bank and APSSDC(Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation).A Certified Ecosystem Builder.Coached by Dr.Marc H.Meyer(Northeastern University) on Entrepreneurship and Innovation using Design Thinking principles.Setup and worked in the inception stages at NEN(National Entrepreneurship Network) and LabourNet to enable entrepreneurship and create sustainable livelihoods.Worked with CRY(Child Rights and You) to create new and additional fundraising partnerships.
