A young dynamic Social Development professional having a master’s degree in social work and an MBA in Social Entrepreneurship with 12+ years of diverse (Multi-sector) experience. I am privileged to work across a diverse set of challenges within Non-governmental organizations, Corporate Sector, Govt Institutions, International Organizations, and Factories (Rural and Urban areas). This unique blend helps me appreciate the perspective and expectations of different types of institutions and multi-stakeholders. My specialization lies in Research, Needs assessment, Project Execution, Project Fund Management, Training and Development, Project Branding, Monitoring, and Impact Assessment of the projects. In my spare time, I read self-development books and of course traveling/hiking the outdoors.
